Refunds will only be issued within 72 after placing an order. After 72 hours refunds will not be issued. Please contact customer support of any issues regarding your order and we will make it right.

You have 72 hours to cancel your order from the moment you order. After that time has expired your order cannot be canceled.

Orders will take between 3-4 weeks to arrive. You can expedite your order at check out by selecting any of our expedited services.

We understand that waiting for your order can be challenging. The 3-4 week shipping timeframe is due to our current volume of 70-100 orders per week. Additionally, the resin curing process takes time, ranging from 3-5 days. We want to ensure each piece meets our high standards of perfection. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please be aware international shipping is more expensive. In addition, any taxes ,duties and fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
