We are able to offer markers at more affordable prices, reduced fees, more discounts through the months, and it also helps our brand grow even more.
Customers who wish to have a custom order please select from the Custom marker selection and send a detailed description of what you would like.
We are experiencing a high volume of orders, resulting in a shipping timeline of 3-4 weeks. Please refer to the estimated ship date provided in your confirmation email. We deeply appreciate your patience as we work diligently to fulfill your order.
Once your order is handed over to USPS, it will take an additional 2-5 days for delivery, depending on the shipping speed you selected and your location. Please note that once USPS has the package, it becomes their responsibility to deliver it. In some cases, the tracking status may display as "USPS still awaiting item" for several days, as it can take 2-4 days for USPS to update their tracking information. We are unable to provide updates on USPS's status changes; for further assistance, please contact your local USPS office.
While we focus on getting all orders processed and shipped as quickly as possible, we do not send regular status updates on individual orders. If you need an update, feel free to message us, and we will assist you promptly.
Cancellation Period: You have 1 week from the time of purchase to cancel your order.
1st Week: Your order will be customized and printed.
2nd/3rd Week: Your order will be in the production queue while we complete prior orders (currently averaging 320 orders ahead).
3rd/4th Week: Resin, BBs, and lead letters are applied to your order.
4th Week: Your order is shipped, either at the beginning or end of the week. If we are ahead of schedule, your order may ship during the 3rd week, though this is not guaranteed.
The expedited shipping option is available at checkout if you need your markers delivered sooner. If a 3-4 week waiting period doesn't work for your circumstances, you can request a full refund within 1 week of receiving this message. After this 1-week period, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.
You can log in to your account using the email provided during your purchase. Once logged in, click the Account button in the top-right corner of the navbar. Navigate to My Orders and select See Status Online next to your order number to view the latest updates on your order status.
Yes, you can receive a refund if you cancel your order within 1 week of placing it. After that period, refunds will not be issued as your order will have entered the production process. If there is an issue with your order, please contact customer support, and we will work to make it right.
Unfortunately, we have no control over USPS or UPS. Sometimes weather delays happen, strikes can occur, facilities fail to scan items on time, etc. If the delay is caused by us and not by the shipping company we offer a 50% discount on your next order but we try our hardest to ship on time always.
If your package is lost in transit, fails to deliver, or is returned to us, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. All orders are insured through USPS, but the claims process can take time. To help locate your package or file a claim, please visit the following link:

You can monitor the status of your USPS claim by logging into your USPS account or contacting their customer service directly. If additional assistance is needed, feel free to reach out to us.
If your order contains an error or defect, such as incorrect initials, color, size, resin separation, leaks, or similar issues, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem. To ensure a fair resolution, provide clear images of the issue as proof. Once verified, we will send you a replacement X-ray marker set free of charge, which will be shipped within 5-7 days of receiving your notice.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns since all markers, badge reels, badge buddies, cups and shirts are custom made to order. Thank you for your understanding.
Any item that is marked as a Gift will still be shipped in 3-4 weeks. Please use our expedited shipping if you need it ASAP. We will be offering new gift boxes in late April 2025.
2024 Radtech week and the holidays were extremely busy for us. We had a record number of orders that we were not able to fulfill fast enough to meet our shipping goal for several marker orders. This year we will start taking orders for Rad Tech week beginning August 1st - October 15th and for Christmas we will start on October 1st-November 15th to ensure they arrive on time. Any markers that are asked after those dates for those specific celebrations are not guaranteed to arrive on time unless you expedite your order.
Thinking of placing a large order? Contact us first to see if we can accommodate your order first to ensure proper arrival time. We typically ask for 5 weeks in advance for large orders.
We do not price match with other stores or provide price adjustments after a sale has gone live. However, we run multiple sales throughout the year for you to take advantage of.
Please ensure your mailing address is correct at the time of purchase, as we will ship to the address provided. If your order is shipped to an incorrect address due to an error on your part, you will be responsible for paying for a new shipment to the correct address. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Yes! Ensure your personalization details, such as initials, item color, and size, are correctly entered in the personalization section when placing your order. We are not responsible for missing or incorrect details provided during the order process.
If you’d like to request a custom item, please select from the "Custom Marker" selection and provide a detailed description of your requirements. If you’d like to add an item or request a customization not listed, contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility and provide the best possible service.

Yes, we ship internationally. Please be aware international shipping is more expensive. In addition, any taxes ,duties and fees will be the responsibility of the buyer.
